Drain line/pan treatments are not a guarantee that the drain lines/pans will not clog or overflow in the future. Stag AC & Heat LLC will not be held responsible for existing condensate lines/pans that may clog or overflow causing damage to the structure or furnishings, The only time Stag AC & Heat LLC will be liable is when the entire drain system has been replaced by Stag and the issue occurs within 90 days of the drain system replacement. Drain line liability ends at termination into the structures sanitary drain/vent system.
